I have to admit I LOL'D IRL at the "Door Boss Comment". We've been having people log in mid-day on alts, parking an alt (in a raid) inside Ulduar so we have an ID. Then have those people send out invites. Paranoid? yes… but it's worked the last 2 nights. Good post!

Ok, maybe a little peek…

Your assessment on herding the cats into the vehicles was spot on, that's exactly what it felt like last night. It took us a few tries to get everything down. We had some trouble after the first wipe with people accidentally aggroing onto Flame Leviathan and people getting combat locked then reminding people to get into the same vehicle they did before (Raider Y: I want to ride with raider X! / Raider W: I'm a bad driver waaah!) For a first night it was thoroughly entertaining pandemonium but next week I think I'll make assignments.

So, Flame Leviathan is easy, I think bliz was guenius for making it a generally easy gimick fight before the real challenge is revealed. It allows less-skilled guilds the satisfaction of getting some loot and one kill even if they find the more difficult encounters to be a brick wall.
