Ran it today, and yes..the drop rate on pet looks much better than on normal, it dropped first try.

However, the summoning stone did not reappear even after the chest was looted and disappeared. Had to finish summons on normal mode. Any thoughts?

I tried to solo him on normal not knowing you had to kill the stone, and after 20 minutes I pulled 3 groups of adds and died. However, I could not summon him again once I figured out what to do. It's a daily quest, quite buggy to add, because when I messaged a GM about summoning him, he said it was too bad and I would have to try again tomorrow.

hmmm...think it was bugged. After we gave up waiting and went to normal mode, the daily quest became available and had no problem with stone respawning.

Yeah, I tried both normal and heroic, and resetting my instances. The stone would not come back, and I could not summon. Just glitchy I guess.

If anyone else is interested, I wouldn't mind doing heroic Ahune after the raid tonight for a crack at the pet.
